It's a religion.
The mind boggles as to how one would actually go about an anti-black practice in research. Does that apply only to humans, but also to other species?
Mind you my wife always leaves me the black jelly babies?

I can give a tech example; facial recognition. The faces that google tested their facial recognition software on didn't include enough variety of race, so they matched black people with gorillas.
There are actual problems that need to be addressed in all sorts of areas, that's getting lost in the hysterical protests currently going on.

Never seen Google publicise that. WTAF!

There are plenty of real issues that need addressing, and this is a great opportunity for a public conversation about those and what meaningful changes we can make to keep improving. That goes for NZ just as much as the States.
However, the radicals that just want to tear everything down have co-opted the whole movement and made it very difficult to support. It's very frustrating.

There are groupings with political agenda behind a fair bit of that.

And these people are commanding a disproportionate amount of air time

I'm looking forward to use of public facilities being apportioned by such a metric. Also water fountains, restaurant seating, buses...

While one can argue the freaky stuff on Twitter are just a bunch of far left weirdos, the fact that corporations are bowing to this and seem to be actively promoting it is far more of a worry. Horrible group think.
Often wondered what their ( corporations) motivation for all this wokeness is.
It's not that they're putting social justice ahead of profits. No way. There are many execs with the knowledge to identify that wokeness is a hypocritical and vapid ideology, but yet here they are going full retard.
Heard a couple of theories: they are reacting to the widespread distrust in their behaviour so this is their signalling to make them look less predatory.
: the left in America always win the sociological battles so siding with them gives the best of both worlds, Republican tax breaks and favourable business policies and the hearts and minds of the dems. It's a shame that companies who profit from real world analysis and services also head off into fantasy land when it suits.
Nobody, really nobody, should give a fig what a bank's stance on sex, race or sexuality is. We just want them to be prudent with money.

If banks are using race as a feature for denying mortgages, you don't care?

Its to avoid potential targeting from social justice mobs online and more significantly journalists. As leftist extremists take over more of the mainstream media landscape they get greater powers to shake down business.
Nike is good and anti-racist because they paid Colin Kapernack a bundle to be a face of their ad campaign. Extremists care about the 'taking a knee' issue as it can be used for political gain and as such Nike get a pass for using literal slave labour from China in making their products.

No. It's against current laws. If the banks got away with that we need to look at the judicial system.
Also my context about corporations was the public relations side

This is actually pretty funny. They'd better start negotiating some sort of trade deal ASAP though or life could get pretty tough very fast.
Can someone explain this Capitol Hill Thingame?
