Frustrating half
Some of our best players in recent weeks have been error ridden - Akira, BBBR, Beauden. They need to sharpen up big time in the 2nd 40.
Jordie has been brilliant. Blackadder not put a foot wrong.
We are ahead though, have a powerful bench, and the Boks are likely to tire faster than us. Further to that, all of the Boks points have come from really poor errors. Like schoolboy stuff. Other than that they haven't looked like doing anything, meaning if we can just be a bit more accurate we can shut them out.
Also the constant stoppages are insanely annoying. Ref has to be held accountable for allowing that.

First game against decent opposition for a while. Boys taking time to adjust. Confident they will get better in 2nd half but so will SA. Blackadder looks a natural though. Have supported Bridge in the past but really poor game from him. We need Sevu out there.

Really need our two most experienced backs TJ and Beaudie to lift their game in attack. Their passing game and organisation has been lacking.
There’s been a platform several times and the passing or decision making has been sub par.
I’m excited to see what we can do in this situation.

The game is playing out exactly how the boks want. We need to win this in spite of the ref and ourselves
We need to up the intensity, play faster and we will storm over them.
Secure the breakdown and cut out the stupid pens will go a long way to achieving that

If we can sharpen up line outs and breakdowns, then we will be fine..just need to control our won ball. Lots of mistakes (unforced errors) none of us were expecting

Yep. Boks' tackle rate is only 75%.

Unlike the mindless performances against England in RWC2019 & Argentina last year where the team lost their collective heads, they do seem to have calmed themselves down and got some control back.
Saw some good signs in the last 10 minutes of the 1st half of adapting to the Ref and the Bokke tactics. - just need to stay focussed
