I was just having a rethink looking at the Bok 23, we could go with

5 - Whitelock
6 - S. BarrettReplace Patty T at 50 minutes and bring on fresh loosie and at 60 replace one of Cane or Savea with another loosie.
Possible, but ironically best for Scooter to pack down at LH lock in scrums.
