    @Bones @SammyC

    Top work on the music choices gents. I can take or leave most of Fergies stuff but that song rocks. "Ante Up" is just classic, no two ways about it.

    @taniwharugby

    fucken funny what kids listen to and end up liking, I picked my boys up the other day from school and heard this on the Sound and BOTH my boys sang along despite never having heard it. Outstanding...Judas Priest will never threaten my top ten rock bands but this song is pretty damn cool and catchy.

    I am a bit more retarded than everyone else when it comes to music to rev me up. For some reason I get a lot of energy from slow melodies.

    This has a slow start then into a great tempo with Roger Daltry screaming the lyrics. Even a key change 1/2 way through. Just what you need for entrance music.

    @Crazy-Horse I read an article a few years back about a study about peoples performance while working out and they said slower classical type of music was better than the upbeat music most prefer.

    Found this though

    Well thanks for the assistance ... but to no avail.

    Jags went down 26-17. A few tears. The girls too ...

    Ms boo Jr now looking for music to soothe her ragged emotions ...

    Keep up the good work though 🙂

    I usually start runs with some old Metallica - Battery, Creeping Death, Hit the Lights .. always good to get me in the mood.

    And then its' anything goes when running. Was out this morning watching night turn into day, and had Comfortably Numb on. Not the most amping song, but given the time of the day etc, made for an awesome experience.

    When I'm starting to struggle and need a hit, then I usually listen to The Pretender by the foo's, Would by Alice in Chains, or Even Flow by PJ.

    Probably needs some recovery music to clear her mind:

    NSFW, obviously....
