The calls constantly come from people who have no idea how a centre should play. Dollars to donuts if he'd taken other options every time they complained they'd bitch about the predictable outcome too. Case in point when he made the good decision to hold the ball rather than shovel it to marked players in worse positions.

Given the apparent ease at which our wings were skinned on the outside maybe we should select a world-class winger with genuine pace. Pity we have him playing at 13.

He doesn't sum up his options on the way to each ruck, takes too long to make up his mind, throws a laboured pass to a player that can't do anything but stand still waiting for it.
